Cycling Team to Host Union Vale Road Race

The four-year old cycling team of the Pawling Cycle & Sport will host the esteemed Union Vale Road Race in Tymor Park this weekend.

The ninth annual Alec Stall Union Vale Road Race will take place this Sunday, June 29, with races starting at 9 a.m. and going off as late as 1:16 p.m.

Pawling Cycle & Sport cycling team was regarded as an official USA Cycling team this year, which according to Kelley, gave them the authority to sponsor official USAC races. Running an event this big is a challenge for the cycling group, but with more than 30 members at present, the team looks forward to the success of the upcoming race.
