Adam Salladin Wins at Mountain Bike Marathon Event

Adam Salladin won in the recently concluded Hill Country Bicycle Works Mountain Bike State Championship Marathon Series at Flat Rock Ranch.
The owner of the Hill Country Bicycle Works defeated seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong, who dropped out of the race as he reached the last 11 miles.
Salladin finished at 4:29:58, winning first place in the 40-49 age group, and fourth place in the overall event.
Meanwhile, other winners include Brian Wright, Richmond Frasier and Tammy Killebrew.
The event also includes a HCBW juniors category, where young mountain bikers competed in a 26-mile half marathon race. Winners include Luke Allen, Alex Scott, and Megan Steward.
The said competition was presented by Hill Country Bicycle Works in collaboration with Team HCBW and other local bike shops.
