Local Mountain Bikers Win at Ohio MTB Series

Four local mountain bikers won at the recently concluded 2007 Ohio Mountain Bike Championship (OMBC) Series. The athletes were recognized for their tremendous accomplishments at the OMBC banquet held earlier this month.
Leading the list of winners is Mayville’s infamous Outdoor Recreation teacher Chris Skinner. Skinner’s other accomplishments in the industry include Veterans Open championship and five recorded wins on the season.
Next to Skinner is his protégé Chris Spring who bagged the title for the Sport Junior class along with seven wins for the 2007 season. Finally wrapping up the list of winners are DJ and Jordan Morozowsky who placed second and third in their division.
