	Mountain Bikers Petition at Augustana College
	A mountain biker from Augustana College, David Webb started a petition to school's Cabinet to give permission to turn the hilly, stair-filled c campus into a bike race. Last year, Webb first approached the Cabinet to request permission to use the said area for a bike race.
