La Ruta Adds Fourth Stage this Year

Organizers of the La Ruta de los Conquistadores has announced that a new stage will be added to the race, as well as changes will be done to the first stage.
Slated on November 14-17, La Ruta is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. "We included a new stage for the second day, which will link the finish venue of day one with the start venue of day three. Now, we will certainly cross from coast to coast in four days," sad Race Director Luis Viquez.
The new stage has been designed by race founder Roma Urbina, which will take hours to complete. Days 1, 3, and 4 will be the same as previous years. Day 2 features the new stage, which will begin at El Rodeo and will end at Terramall Shopping Center.
