Absalon, Kalentyeva Lead XC World Cup

Julien Absalon took the lead in the men's series while Irina Kalentyeva dominated the women's series during the second round of the cross-country World Cup held last Sunday in Offenburg, Germany.
Cedric Ravanel followed Absalon after about 24 seconds. Rounding up the top five places in the men's series are Lukas Fluckiger, Jean-Christophe Peraud, and Kashi Leuchs.
In the women's series, Marie-Helene Premont followed Kalentyeva. Gunn-Rita Dahle Flesjaa, Margarita Fullana, and Sabine Spitz rounded up the top five in the women's division.
