Subaru Extends IMBA Trail Care Crew Support

WEDNESDAY, 24 JANUARY 2007

Subaru of America, Inc. has announced yesterday that they will be extending its support for the Subaru/International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) Trail Care Crew until 2009.

The Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew program was launched in 1997, leading over a thousand trail projects. It has also trained more than 50,000 people in sustainable trail building techniques. It has two professional teams of trail experts traveling around North America.

"Subaru is pleased to extend its decade-long partnership with IMBA," said Tim Mahoney, senior vice president and CMO, Subaru of America, Inc. "We are extremely proud of what this innovative program has accomplished and look forward to supporting this educational and worthwhile program going forward."
