Chester Creek Trail Project Receives Funding |

The Friends of the Chester Creek Branch, a non profit group, has received a $300,000 worth of grant to finance the construction of a hiking and biking trail out of a rail line.
The grant would be able to cover the initial phase of the 6.7 mile-trail from Chester Creek in Upland to Wawa. The first three miles of the trail will be opened to the public in 2009.

USA Cycling Announces 2007 AMBC Calendar |

The schedule for the 2007 American Mountain Bike Challenge (AMBC), an event qualifier for the 2007 USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships, has already been announced by USA Cycling.
The 2007 AMBC consists of 26 races, with events in 18 US states. It will kick-off in Reddick, Florida on March 11 with the Southeastern Regional Championship Series and ends with the Piney Hills Class
