The Syllamo Mountain Bike Trails in Mountain View, Arkansas was opened three years ago. With about 50 miles of dirt roads crisscrossing through wooded hill, riders are continuously being lured to go to Mountain View which has a population of less than 3,000.
Recently, the International Mountain Biking Association has named the Syllamo Mountain Bike Trails which continuously draws mountain bike riders of all levels, from beginners to the experienced ones, as one of the 37 epic rides.
Five loops comprise the trail system, each having a different difficulty level. The 5.6-mile Bad Branch Loop is suited for beginners while the White River Bluff Loop is for the more experienced riders. The White River Loop is the shortest loop while drawing the most serious riders is the 12-mile Scrappy Mountain Loop that offers switchbacks along the mountain slopes.
