Shimano To Give Neutral Assistance in World Cup

The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and Shimano have announced their agreement for the latter to sponsor the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup from 2006-2008. The cup is scheduled to start on April.
Also, Shimano will provide neutral technical assistance during the series as authorized by UCI for cross-country and marathon events. It was only this year that UCI allowed racers to receive technical assistance. This way, riders will be able to finish the race without any external technical problems.
