i'm new to mountain biking but i've been snowboarding and hiking my entire life so i thought maybe i'd try it on familiar land do you guys know of an easy trail in the area? thanx.

trails in vail are very challenging so i suggest you take the lift to the mountain, there are magnificent, fairly easy trails for beginners up there

first thing one should learn is how not take part in any violence or smile at the thought of it

Vail is quite a challenge, you have to be at least an above average climber to take on that mountain with the cogs.

If you're a beginner, try Beaver Creek. It's a lot less popular to the crowd too so you're sure to have enough room.

if you're a regular boarder and hiker i presume that you are in good shape so a little climbing is nothing to you. try the eagle valley, dude.

when i was starting out, my personal favorite was buffer creek. these amazing trails are right next to each other, just check it out.
