i have some fiber before riding, granola bar, bread or cereal. i always have a candy bar in my pocket for the trail
|

first thing one should learn is how not take part in any violence or smile at the thought of it

i like riding on an empty stomach, i usually feel heavy and bloated after eating.

i don't think eating before riding is such a good idea. riding will get in the way of proper digestion.
|

If you're going to be crazy, you have to get paid for it or else you're going to be locked up.

not eating before riding makes me feel lighter (i know it's purely psychological but works for me)

i usually have protein bars before riding. then i pack just water and some candy bars, usually snickers or baby ruth, on trail. then have some heavy meal after!:)

i like riding light. so eating before mounting a bike is a no for me. like some of you here, i do have those power/protein bars before riding, then eat a sumptuous meal after.

munch a couple of chocolate bars like crunch or snickers for the sugar rush

is it okay to eat before riding? i usually ride with an empty stomach but i sometimes stop for a while to munch on snickers, i can't ressist the urge to indulge myself every once in a while.LOL
