just read the articles in the site, they're pretty much of great help.

have been into biking for a couple of years now. was influenced by my friends and got hooked with it too.
my username? i used it because i experience an afterglow after i bike. it's like i glow, after i bike, not literally of course. i feel good.

tips? as with any other sport, make sure that you're comfortable with the gear that you use. you should feel comfy in your bikes and with whatever you wear too.
more importantly, just have fun

my friends also encouraged me to try mountain biking. i had so much fun so i decided to pursue it, it's also a good workout. what you said about feeling good after riding is true, when we exercise our body produces endorphins which makes us feel good.

i get that, the rush, the adrenaline, the movement, the sport is all in one. endorphins are the best drug.

good choice for your first bike! it has a very simple suspension fork.. it is very versatile, and trust me, you're on the right track..
