Regarding a post someone placed several months ago regarding Helmet Cameras for downhill and extreme use.

Finding a good Helmet Camera was not easy as there are many retailers out there which offer various set ups. I have tried 4 of the most popular and ended up having to return them as they just did not have the quality or durability. Some had no or awful mono sound.

My current cam I purchased three months ago from Adrenaline Systems. These guys offered great customer service and their product has stood up to the abuse, including 3 really bad spills.

The camera is easy to set up, just connect it to your Camcorder or DVR and you are ready to go. My system cam with a battery pack, but for extended use I would recommend getting their Power Pack Pro which is super light and adds about 8 hours of operation time. What I liked most is that the battery has a switch you can turn off manually without having to disconect the wiring.
