im pretty confused as to the proper way of wearing a helmet. should it be snug fit? or loose?? if it's the latter then it would be inefficient in the occurrence of a collision, right? i've been riding for years. luckily, no accidents yet. probably because i still haven't learned the proper way of wearing a helmet! haha
First, i suggest that you get a brand and size that fits well
prior to adjustments, and then you can use the adjustable straps and sizing pads to
ensure a SNUG fit.
