With Cycling Rentals, we offer you the freedom to start and finish a ride wherever you choose, with all the hardware needed to put together an independent bike vacation. We will deliver your hire bike to you anywhere in Continental Portugal & Spain. By special request we can also deliver to the Islands. Bringing your own bike and need to have a flight case transfered to the end of your ride? We can handle that too. Cycling Rentals is fully licensed to run guided trips and can also provide you with extra cycling gear, bike racks and maps or itineraries, or even assist with bookings and luggage transfer at your request. Customer agrees he/she will return the equipment in the same good condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted, and to repair and replace lost or stolen, damaged or broken parts or to reimburse Cycling-Rentals for said equipment. For this we require a deposit as stated on our pricing chart per bike. Therefore regardless of the party at fault, customer understands and agrees to be responsible for the damage to said equipment.
SUBLEASING PROHIBITED :
Customer understands and agrees that any subleasing or releting of rental equipment is prohibited and that any such sublease or reletting shall immediately cause termination and cancellation of this contract.
CUSTOMER LIABILITY:
Customer shall assume liability for any and all damage or loss to personal property, accident / injury to other persons related to said rental equipment.
